Supports Google Play Child Safety Standards and Apple App Store child-safety guidelines. Describes DivuSpark LLC's standards regarding child safety in SPARK SAGA.
DivuSpark LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Because SPARK SAGA currently is a single-player game with no chat, no messaging, and no user-generated public content, there is currently no way for users to share content or contact other users through the Game. This significantly reduces child-safety risks. If social, multiplayer, or user-generated-content features are introduced in a future version, we will update these standards and implement appropriate child-safety measures for those features before they go live. We nonetheless maintain the standards below.
SPARK SAGA is not directed to children under the applicable minimum age (13, or a higher age where local law requires). Users below that age should not create an account or provide personal data. Where a minor is permitted to play, we expect the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable minimum age. Guest (anonymous) mode allows play without providing an email address. If we learn that we have collected personal data from an underage child, we will delete it promptly.
Parents and legal guardians can contact us to review, correct, or delete a child's personal data, or to close an account, at link@divuspark.com (subject: "Child Safety / Parental Request"). We respond promptly.
An account can also be deleted directly in Settings → Delete Account (see our Account & Data Deletion policy).
The Game currently has no features that allow users to contact each other, share content publicly, or expose personal information to other users. There are currently no public profiles, chat, messaging, multiplayer, or user-generated content. If such features are added in a future version, this section will be updated to describe the applicable safeguards.
If you have a child-safety concern related to the Game, contact link@divuspark.com (subject: "Child Safety Report"). Reports are treated confidentially and reviewed promptly. Where any apparent CSAE or CSAM comes to our attention, we will preserve relevant evidence and report to the competent authorities as required by law (including, for a U.S.-based provider, the NCMEC CyberTipline, and in Turkey the relevant cybercrime authorities).
We review these standards regularly and update them as needed; changes are published on this page.
