Account & Data Deletion — SPARK SAGA

→ Send an account deletion request You do not need to install the game. This link prepares an email to link@divuspark.com. Once your request is verified, your account and all your data are deleted within 30 days at the latest.

Meets Google Play's account-deletion requirement (accessible in-app) and reflects your rights under GDPR and KVKK.

1. How to Delete Your Account

• In-app: open Settings → Delete Account, then confirm.
• Email: send a request from your registered email address to link@divuspark.com (subject: "Account Deletion").

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing the request, proportionate to the sensitivity of the data.

2. What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• Your Firestore user document, including your game progress (unlocked maps and levels, your personal best), your character and its form, your virtual currency balances (Glow, Spark Score, Energy Core), your stone and powerup inventory, and the cosmetics you own.

Important: Deleting your account permanently destroys all virtual currencies, items, cosmetics, and Season progress you have accumulated in the Game. These cannot be restored and cannot be converted into any payment or other consideration. Please consider this before deleting.

• Your Firebase Authentication user, including the email associated with your account and your Firebase user ID (uid).

Guest (anonymous) accounts are deleted the same way, removing the anonymous uid and its associated Firestore data.

3. What May Be Retained (and Why)

We may retain limited data where required by law or for security and fraud-prevention purposes (for example, security logs). Such data is access-restricted, used only for the stated purpose, and deleted or anonymized when the period ends.

Because SPARK SAGA currently has no payments, we do not currently retain any payment or billing records. If paid features are added in the future, applicable billing-record retention will be described at that time.

4. Locally Saved Data

Game data saved in your browser's local storage stays on your device. You can clear it through your browser or device settings, or by uninstalling the app.

5. Timeframe

Deletion of your account and cloud data is actioned promptly, and in any event within 30 days of a verified request.

6. Your Rights

This policy supports your right to erasure under GDPR Art. 17 and KVKK Art. 7. Requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and, for Turkey, our KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
